Samla Asunnot owns two apartments in the property in Tallinn.
The holding at the end of Q2/2026 is the same as in Q1. The property is listed for sale and is leaving the portfolio.
We studied the Estonian market for a long time and, during the pandemic, bought 43 apartments in three new-build developments for Samla Asunnot Ky at an attractive price. We furnished the apartments and let them furnished.
Prices in Tallinn have risen considerably over the holding period, and 41 of the 43 apartments have been sold at a profit. The remaining apartments will also be sold, after which further investments will focus on let apartments in Finland.
