Premises Fund for Professional Investors

The investment strategy is to invest in premises in the 1-10 million euro size category that are located in growth centres and often too large for private investors but too small for institutional investors

Our aim is to provide an attractive exit opportunity for property owners and developers and high-quality as well as functional premises for tenants at a reasonable rent level. The fund’s target return is a 10% p.a. return on equity and a 6% p.a. profit distribution. The term is 10 years.
