Apartment Fund for Professional Investors

The investment strategy of Samla Asunnot Ky (Samla Apartment Fund) is to invest in rental apartments in growth centres. Approx. 50% of the investments are already rented cash flow sites and approx. 50% are development sites, in which the return is based on the increase in value during development. Our target return is 7% p.a. (return on equity) and profit distribution 4.5% p.a. The fund is established for an indefinite period of time.
